First time at Abersoch, mixed session.

Wind offshore and light on the beach - could see others further out were on the plane most of the time. Went for big board + second biggest sail - which I could use on my smaller board if wind consistent enough.

Great 45min session. Came back in for smaller board but noticed blood pouring from my toe - about a third of which was falling off! Hadn't even noticed I'd done it!

Quick visit to beach rescue to get it cleaned + bandaged and that was it....no more sailing. Trip to Pwhelli Cottage Hospital on the way back to campsite for Tetanus jab - all ok today.
